Refund policy
We have a final sale policy, which means all purchases made will not qualify for a refund.
To be eligible for a size exchange of the same item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, scent free, with tags, in its original packaging and only size exchange available within 24hrs. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange
To start an exchange, you can contact us at chimeracollectiongta@gmail.com or on instagram at ChimeraCollectionGTA. The customer has 1 business day to exchange for size only - after that timeline the sale becomes final. The item must come back free of scent, unworn and in original packaging with tags attached to qualify for exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception same day, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, this is for online purchases.
If after purchase you notice any defects please inform Chimera Collection at chimeracollectiongta@gmail.com. Prior to trying on or wearing the item so it may qualify for replacement. If the item is damage after wear/trying on it is final sale.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bathing suits, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
